What is BUILD?
The project BUILD - Build up your future with Erasmus+ is aimed at third-year students in the IFTS "Construction Site Technician" course and newly qualified students in the IeFP "Building Operator to Structures" course. Participants have the opportunity to experience European mobility for the enhancement and development of professional skills.

Aim of the project:
- Increase the employability of graduates and particularly those with fewer opportunities, foreigners and BES
- To contribute to the dissemination of ECVET in the construction sector by facilitating the recognition and
validation of emerging skills specifically those related to Green Jobs
- Improve collaboration between schools, construction companies and policy makers through the tools the system
ECVET
- Increase the percentage of work-based learning (WBL) with particular reference to
work experience abroad and the field of sustainable construction
- Support overcoming the stagnation of the construction system, through the increase of
knowledge in terms of internationalization/export and sustainable construction
- Contribute to a greater alignment between the exit skills of graduates and the needs of the
construction sector
- Contribute to the creation of collaboration among FORMEDIL member construction schools on
on WBL in mobility, in order to replicate and multiply the experience

A total of 44 students participated in mobilities in Poland (Wroclaw) and Spain (Barcelona and Lugo).
